TCHD’s Clinical Services Division provides care to promote and protect community health. We offer a range of services including immunizations, women’s health, sexually transmitted infections testing and treatment, maternal and child health programs, and wellness screenings. Our Clinical Services team is here to answer your questions, provide quality care, and connect you with the resources you need to live a healthier life.
Our highly skilled Environmental Health Team is passionate about keeping Taney County residents and visitors safe. We are responsible for permitting and routinely inspecting all food, lodging, massage, and body art establishments, as well as public and semi-public pools and spas, and state licensed childcare facilities within Taney County. Our goal is to help ensure our businesses are providing safe and sanitary experiences for everyone through education and inspections.
Helping families get the best start matters, which is why the WIC program is so important. The WIC program is a special supplemental nutrition program that serves pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to their 5th birthday.
As the local registrar for all birth and death certificates that occur in Taney County, TCHD offers same day printing of all certificates. Certified copies of birth certificates for a person born in the state of Missouri after 1920 or for a death in the state after 1980 are available at both TCHD offices.
